Return & Refund Policy

    Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items, such as consumables (e.g., printer ink, toner), custom orders, or products marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  3. Return Initiation Process
    To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details, reason for return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items). Upon approval, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  4. Return Shipping Charges
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

  5. Inspection of Returns
    Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

  6. Refund Process
